Just a reminder that there is a Mandatory Meeting next monday 4/2 from 6-7pm in the Band room for anyone going on the disney trip. All students must have a parent/guardian present at this meeting. Doug our travel agent will also be attending and we will be going over the following…

2. Packing Lists
3. Final Itinerary
4. Room/Chaperone Assignments
5. Disney Passes/Fast Passes/Disney App
6. Schedule for the next 10 days

Please make sure all owed monies are paid up and all medical forms are in!

If you are a family member traveling to Florida to watch us, or are a Medford Band Superfan and would like to order a Medford Band Disney Trip T-shirt please send me an email by Wed 4/28 with your size and bring in $10 per shirt to Mondays meeting.

Also reminder that we have rehearsal Wednesday 3/28 from 5:30-8pm and Saturday 3/31 from 9am-Noon in the band room.
