We are thrilled to share that our Sponsor the Season fundraiser has officially surpassed its goal! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our students, families, alumni, local businesses, and community supporters, we raised $15,950 to help the Medford Mustang Marching Band continue to grow, perform, and shine.
The season culminated in a 5th-place finish at NESBA Finals. The students delivered one of their strongest and most ambitious performances of the year. Their show featured increased difficulty, musicality, and growth that was absolutely clear to everyone in the stands. We are incredibly proud of what they accomplished.
Your gift ensures our students have access to the instruction, equipment, transportation, and performance opportunities that make this program so powerful. The Pride and Power of Medford
New leadership. A full season ahead. Last year’s first-place finish still on our minds.
In its first year competing in the USBands circuit, the Medford Mustang Marching Band took first place at its very first competition, an early signal of what this program is capable of. This season, our 48 performers return to a full schedule across both USBands and NESBA, led by an entirely new staff, with competition season kicking off later this month.
Marching band is more than a scoreboard. It’s a team, a family, and a place where students become leaders. Your gift helps cover instruction, transportation, gear, and scholarships so every student can take the field, this season and beyond.

EVERY GIFT PUTS MUSIC IN MOTION

$4,000 Drill Designer
Funds our professionally designed drill routine — the exciting formations and movement patterns you see on the field. This brings the show to life and showcases our students’ coordination, athleticism, and teamwork.
$2,847 Equip the Guard
Covers this year’s Color Guard flags, custom-designed to match our show theme. These flags help tell the visual story of the performance and are essential to every routine.
$1,600 Percussion Tech Sponsor
Provides a stipend for a percussion tech — a specialized instructor who works closely with our drumline and front ensemble to deliver precision and impact on the field.
$500 Rehearsal Rock Star
Funds one full week of staff support for rehearsals, sectionals, and show prep. Our instructors are the heart of the program — providing expert guidance, consistency, and encouragement.
$280 Road Crew Sponsor
Covers the cost of transporting instruments and equipment to a game, parade, or competition. Without wheels, the music doesn’t move — and this gift ensures we show up ready to perform.
$150 Full Membership Sponsor
Covers a student’s full band dues for the season — ensuring that financial barriers never prevent a student from participating.
$115 Student Champion
Offsets the cost of marching shoes, instrument fees, or guard equipment for students who need financial assistance. A meaningful way to help someone take the field with confidence.
$40 Band Camp Booster
Provides snacks and water for a full week of rehearsals. When the sun is hot and the reps are endless, this small gift makes a big impact.
