The Board of Directors oversees the day-to-day operations of the Medford BPO and assures that the long-term interests of the program are being served.
The BPO relies heavily on volunteer support and we need your help! We have many events that will require a consistent number of volunteers to help us with things and some we may only need a few. Please contacts us at medfordbandbpo@gmail.com to get involved!
General meetings for the Medford BPO are typically held on the first Wednesday of each month, during the last hour of rehearsal. There is typically no meeting in July, December, or January. Special Meetings are held in order to prepare for upcoming events. The Annual Meeting is held mid-May to elect officers and discuss the organization’s accomplishments for the year. Meeting dates can be found on the calendar.
