Also, the Banquet is tonight at Medford/Malden Elks starting at 5 pm. Hope to see everyone there!
We will be having marching band rehearsal tomorrow from 5:30PM – 8PM. Tomorrow will also be the mandatory parent meeting starting at 6PM. We will be discussing the upcoming season and going over paperwork that needs to be filled out to participate in the band program. If any parent is having trouble making it to the meeting, please email Mrs. Rello at email@example.com to set up a private meeting.
Chevalier Concert Day is here!
Please arrive at the Chevalier Theater tomorrow no later than 1pm. We need to unload the trailer and set everything up before rehearsal starts!
Please eat lunch before you arrive and bring a bagged dinner to eat during break. (No food will be provided you must bring something to eat it is a long day) There will be a break between rehearsal and the performance for students to relax, rest their chops, eat and get changed. Students are not allowed to leave during break, they must stay at the theater.
Concert dress is white on top, black on the bottom, black tie, black socks and black shoes.
If anyone still has ticket money please bring it with you to rehearsal. If anyone has any last minute donations please send them tomorrow with you child at 1pm.
Volunteers please arrive by 5:30pm.
This is going to be a great concert! We have some awesome alumni that came back to play and we sounded great at Wednesday’s rehearsal!! Please invite all of your family and friends so tonight can be a huge success!!
Clippership Day is a GO!! Bring your rain jackets if needed, see you at 11:30am!

Don’t forget your white band tshirts, folios and instruments! Front ensemble and colorguard all of your equipment was loaded in the trailer today!
The band will be performing at Clippership day this Saturday May 6th at noon! Please arrive by 11:30am we will be meeting behind Colleens to unload the trailer. We will be wearing our white band tshirts and dark bottoms and performing our marching band show and stand tunes. We will only be playing for 20 mins, once we are done we will load the trailer and everyone is free to leave. If you would like to stay and participate in Clippership Day you are encouraged to! There will be lots of fun events happening throughout the day. There will be food, vendors, activities, magic, a coloring contest (theres even a dog parade!) Due to the weather forecast and safety concerns, the Medford Little League Parade scheduled for tomorrow, April 22nd, has been canceled. Enjoy the last couple of days of April Vacation!
Section Leader and Drum Major Applications are now up! These are both due by Wednesday, April 19th. Applicants must also sign up for an interview time on Wednesday, April 26th. Sign up sheets for this will be up soon. Drum Major conducting auditions will take place during rehearsal on Wednesday, May 17th.

A reminder that students planning on participating in the Disney trip need to pass in the Commitment Form, Registration Form, and $100 deposit by Wednesday, April 5th. The Disney packet is attached to this post below and can also be found in the “Documents” page. All of the required forms are located at the end of the packet.
Students who would like to use funds in their student accounts to pay for their deposit need to submit a “Use of Student Funds Form”. Funds will not be automatically applied to payments. This form can also be found attached below and in the “Documents” page.

A huge and sincere Thank you to everyone that passed in a Chaperone Interest form! I received 26 forms which is more than we have ever received! I am so thankful that there are so many of you that want to help make this trip a great success! Unfortunately we only need 6 Chaperones so if you are not chaperoning then I encourage you to take advantage of our family package and still come along and take part in the Magic! Chaperone spots were opened up to the BPO executive board first and the rest were picked out of a hat. Our Disney Chaperones are as follows.
Chaperones please contact me by Wednesday 3/29/17 to accept your spot. If any chaperones picked can no longer attend than I will pick additional names out of the hat and that person(s) will be notified by the end of the day on 3/29/17.
